Shipping
Courier is included in the price and we deliver anywhere in India. Most letters are posted within 3 to 5 days of your order, or of your approval for a letter we write for you. Delivery usually takes a further 2 to 7 days depending on the destination. You can follow your letter on the tracking page.
Cancellations & refunds
Your own words: cancel for a full refund until we begin writing. We copy your message exactly, so we can't refund errors that were in the original.
Letters we write for you: cancel for a full refund until we send your draft. One round of changes is included. If it still isn't right after that, write to us and we'll find a fair answer together.
If a letter is lost or arrives damaged, we'll rewrite and resend it free. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Privacy
Your message, memories and details are read only by the family member writing your letter. We use them only to write and deliver it, and never sell or share them. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Ask us any time to delete your message after delivery.
Terms
By ordering, you confirm the message is yours to send and isn't meant to harass, threaten or deceive anyone. We may decline a letter we aren't comfortable writing, with a full refund. Prices are in Indian rupees and include courier within India.
